The Black service offers a complete end-to-end VIP experience with more flexibility, so that any changing requirements can be catered for. It ensures a luxurious and exclusive experience, from start to finish. The VIP team tailors their offering to their client’s exact requirements.

The VIP team meets the client at the foot of the aircraft steps or on the air-bridge, and then whisks them away by luxury vehicle to a private lounge. They can then relax, unwind and enjoy refreshments while the VIP team assists with immigration checks and collects any luggage. Once these tasks have been completed, a chauffeur takes the client in a luxury car to their hotel.
A chauffeur meets the client at their hotel at a pre-arranged time and drives them in a luxury car to Heathrow. Entering by the VIP dedicated entrance, they can relax in their own private lounge. All security procedures take place within the VIP suite. Any bags will have been taken from the car and processed. A member of the VIP team will give the client their luggage tags so they can pick up their luggage at their destination.
Each client can have a maximum of 2 guests with them in their suite. They can arrive fifteen minutes beforehand but must leave the lounge when the client does.
When it is time for the flight, the client is driven by luxury vehicle to the aircraft.
Fine dining and personal shopping
Whether arriving or departing, clients can enjoy dishes from a contemporary menu in their own private lounge from 5am – 10pm. The dishes on offer range from simple light dishes and seasonal surprises to elaborate dishes. Alongside the VIP menu is a Michelin-starred menu from chef Jason Atherton.
A wide selection of wines, beers, mixers and champagnes as well as fresh juices and soft drinks are also offered.
A multilingual personal shopper is on hand to assist with shopping in the terminal or to shop on the client’s behalf and bring items to their private lounge. A member of Heathrow’s tax-refund partner, Travelex will visit clients from outside the EU in their lounge to arrange VAT refunds.
