Musée National Picasso-Paris

The Hôtel Salé, one of the most beautiful townhouses in the Marais district, houses the world’s richest collection of works by the eclectic Spanish artist, Pablo Picasso. An extensive renovation programme launched in 2009 has helped to refurbish this national museum completely. Since October 2014, the space dedicated to the Musée National Picasso-Paris collections and temporary exhibitions has been tripled and the layout redesigned. Visitors will love exploring this modernised and refined historic setting where some 500 exhibits cover all of the master’s periods, including Picasso’s La Celestine, preparatory sketches of Demoiselles d'Avignon, Man with a Guitar and Women at the Fountain.
