Have stayed at the Como several times - always a great experience. Early check-in, very helpful front desk team and honoured the ACCOR upgrade benefit. Room was super large and in a very quiet part of the hotel. Good gym and pool area. Will return.

Everything was fine with the general service except for the breakfast room. I am sure that early in the morning travellers would like a quiet time to enjoy their breakfast and not be interrupted by loud speaking people and noisy trolleys sacrapping along the corridore.
