The acclaimed Italian chef started his culinary career in Milan as part of Gualtiero Marchesi's brigade. Between 1997 and 2001 he was chef at "Taverna" di Colloredo di Monte Albano. Here he was awarded his first Michelin star. In 2005 Berton started collaborating with the "Ristorante Trussardi alla Scala", where he obtained several acknowledgements, such as the first Michelin star in 2008 and the second one in 2009. The opening of the "Ristorante Berton" marked a return to “his kitchen”: here, the Chef has been presenting contemporary recipes characterized by the valorization of basic ingredients and the disclosure of unusual ones.
